Juicing Reviews – Best Juicers Reviews
Anyone facing compromised liver function may or may not also be experiencing the elevated liver enzyme levels that can go along with this. Decreased liver function can occur for a variety of reasons, some of them include obesity, drug or alcohol abuse, diabetes, and gallstones to name a few.
The good news is there is bountiful healing power contained within raw juice. It’s just a matter of making this part of your routine and implementing it into your life on a daily basis. You can stick to a few favorite veggies and fruits, or venture off into some really interesting combinations. It can be very versatile and with as much variety as you’d like, and for those of you that don’t like to cook, you’re really going to enjoy this!
Juicing to heal and maintain healthy liver function and improve elevated liver enzymes is a very effective way to solve liver congestion and get this organ functioning at it’s optimum level once again. This stuff starts working within 15 minutes of ingestion by getting directly down to the cellular level and begins the process of making things right. Juicing raw superfoods makes them more medicinal with great healing capability. You can’t go wrong doing this…ever!
Depending on the severity of the liver problems one is experiencing healing could come quickly, or in other cases take a number of months to achieve the goal. I personally had elevated liver enzymes with my inflamed gallbladder which also had been afflicted with gallstones, and in 11 weeks I was in tip top shape once again. It would more than likely take longer for those with more of an extensive problem like cirrohsis, or diabetes but without a doubt if you perservere and stick to the juicing, it’s healing will eventually take hold and you’ll begin to see more and more improvement over time.
To begin you’ll need a juicer. There are a variety of them to choose from and it’s all about how extensive you’d like to get with this. For instance a Champion juicer can perform a variety of functions that can bring you deeper into many aspects of the rawist lifestyle. Things like grinding whole grains for your own use, as well as making nut milks, nut butters and things of that nature. This one is more on the pricey side. Then there are a variety of juicers that just juice. I have a Jack Lalanne juicer and am thrilled with it because it has a very large spout making it really easy to just put whole veggies and fruits directly into it without any cutting or chopping. In just a minute or two I have a great glass of juice. This one runs a bit cheaper at around one hundred dollars or so. It’s all about how far you want to take it.
There are some great juice combinations of veggies and fruits that are more specific for cleansing the liver and gallbladder system as well, and the following list is more specifically helpful for this, but keep in mind that raw juice of ALL kinds will promote healing of the liver at some level. These include:
Beets
Carrots
Red Cabbage
Apples
Citrus Fruits
Dark green leafies of all sorts
The best way to get significant results from this is to make raw juice your meals, and if you’re not familiar with this lifestyle this may sound excessive as well as crazy, but I assure you it’s neither. Make time for snacks in between your juiced meals, but make the snacks those of whole foods and whole grains because a diseased liver is a liver that will benefit best from superior foods only.
Another great resource is a website called Liverdoctor.com. On this site you will find various suggestions from Dr. Sandra Cabot, also referred to as” the liver doctor”. She has some great ways to help promote healing within the liver.
Before long you’ll start to notice changes occurring. Practicing this lifestyle will bring more fervent health and less health complications from liver disorders, and you’ll more than likely not be sorry you followed this path. It may be tedious and take more time than you’d like, but it will be very worth the trouble. Eat well, live well, enjoy!!

Juicers Reviews
I had been wanting a Jack Lalanne power juicer ever since I noticed the infomercial months ago, but I did not want to pay over $100 to enjoy fresh juice. I began overlooking the infomercial because I knew I could not afford it, and I decided to wait until the price went down. Like all things, I figured the cost of the Jack Lalanne power juicer would come down after the novelty wore off and after sales began to drop. I wanted the lowest possible price, and I planned to holdout and find it. I continued watching for a price that I figured was the lowest it would ever go, and I was disappointed again and again.
Searching Online for the Lowest Price on the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer
I began searching online to find the lowest price on the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer, and I continually found it on eBay, but I was not willing to pay an individual the same price as stores were charging. I did not want a used Jack Lalanne Power Juicer because I was not willing to take a chance on the condition of something that had to perform properly. I still decided to holdout on buying a Jack Lalanne Power Juicer because I was sure I would find it at the lowest price I could afford. I am usually very good at finding bargains online, but I never found the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer for under $89.99, and when shopping online, the shipping would put the price over what it would cost at Kmart, Walmart, or any of the other popular discount stores that sold the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer.
The Store that Had the Lowest Price on the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer
Months ago I signed up for a membership at Costco, and I suddenly remembered that I found the lowest price on the Sonicare Power Toothbrush at my local Costco. I decided to check online to see if Costco had the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer. I was surprised to see they did, and I was even more surprised to find out they had the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer Deluxe in black and stainless steel for the same price other stores were trying to sell the regular white plastic model. I was thrilled, and I could not believe my eyes. The lowest price I had ever found on the stainless steel Jack Lalanne Power Juicer was $121.99, but surprisingly Costco’s website was offering the deluxe model for only $99.99. What a bargain! I did not order it online because I wanted it right away, and I immediately headed to Costco in northwest Indiana. I had $100.00 in Christmas money, and I was finally going to have my Jack Lalanne Power Juicer, but I was going to have the black and stainless steel deluxe model that I thought I could never afford.
I Found the Lowest Price on the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer at the Actual Store
When I arrived at Costco I immediately went to the small appliance aisle to look for the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer, and I found it for the lowest possible price. The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer was not $99.99 as the website advertised. It was even lower than the lowest price advertised online! The price in the store was only $89.99, and it was the same black and stainless steel deluxe model offered on the website. I was even more thrilled! I noticed a difference in the packaging, and it paid to compare the contents of the two different boxes. The silver and black box included a bonus blade and an extra recipe book. The box that was mostly green and white did not come with the bonus items.
If you want to find the lowest possible price on the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer or any other small appliance, try your nearest Costco. They might or might not have it in stock, but it is worth a try. I never thought I would promote a warehouse club, but the savings at Costco is tremendous, and I absolutely love it. The cost of membership has more than paid for itself after buying just two items, and I plan on upgrading my membership to the executive option that will return a percentage of the money I spend each year.
